Jev: AI for Open Source PR Review

Jev is a new System One model from @typesafeai that aims to assist open source maintainers by analyzing commits, diffs, tests, and repository rules to identify PRs that require review.

I should be sleeping but been playing around with Jev, @typesafeai’s new System One model, and thinking about AI-generated PRs.
