Jev: Faster Shell Command Approval

Jev, an independent index, significantly speeds up the process of approving agent shell commands compared to previous models, returning probabilities in milliseconds.
Replaced the model that approves my agent's shell commands. Qwen3.7-Flash spent 4.3 seconds writing the word APPROVE. @typesafeai's Jev returns a probability in 194 ms!!!
Haven't found an instance yet where their answers differ, Jev is just so much faster.
