Robotics Research Harness for Jev Exploration
This project explores the integration of Jev with real robotics hardware through a research harness, focusing on structured-state steering, sensor fusion, local perception and planning, learned robotic skills, and non-contact alignment experiments.
We just merged a research harness for exploring how Jev could work with real robotics hardware.
The workspace covers:
• Structured-state steering
• Wrist optical flow + overhead RGB-D fusion
• Local perception and planning on Jetson Thor
• Learned robotic skills alongside hosted Jev decisions
• Non-contact alignment experiments
• Evaluation against a deterministic baseline
Research only for now no live inference, robot commands, firmware changes, or performance claims.
Next: turn the research harness into reproducible experiments and see where Jev actually provides value in robotic control.
