This project enhances email triage by using Jev, a decision-only model, to perform a pre-pass on new messages, determining their actionability, category, and urgency with calibrated probabilities before the main LLM review.
Upgraded my Hermes email triage with Jev (@typesafeai).
Every new message gets a pre-pass from a decision-only model: one API call → typed answers (actionable? category? urgency 0-3?) with calibrated probabilities, ~100ms, pennies per million tokens.
The LLM still reviews everything — Jev just sets the priority. Advisory-only, fail-safe.
System 1 reflexes, System 2 judgment.
